Project Overview

Complementary portfolio of two advanced, geographically diverse uranium assets with potential combined annual production capacity of more than 7 Mlb per annum, making Deep Yellow one of the largest pure-play uranium companies on the ASX.

The project portfolio contains an attributable Mineral Resource base of 430 Mlb.

Mulga Rock Western Australia Revised DFS to commence mid CY2025 Resource: 104.8 Mlb (415 ppm U₃O₈) Reserve: 42.3 Mlb (845 ppm U₃O₈) Target Production: 3.5 Mlb p.a. Omahola Namibia Resource: 125.4 Mlb (190 ppm U₃O₈) Tumas Namibia¹ DFS complete, FID March CY2025 Resource: 118.2 Mlb (255 ppm U₃O₈)² Reserve: 79.5 Mlb (298 ppm U₃O₈) Target Production: 3.6 Mlb p.a.³ Alligator River Northern Territory Resource: 32.9 Mlb (1.09% U₃O₈)⁴

Note: Resource & Reserve metrics reported on a 100% basis.

  1. Deep Yellow currently owns 100% of the Tumas Project. Oponona Investments (Pty) Ltd (local Namibian partner) has a right to acquire 5% of the Tumas Project post FID.
  2. Refer ASX releases 27 September 2024 and 18 December 2024.
  3. DFS forecast production capacity.
  4. 1.09% is equivalent to 10,900 ppm U₃O₈.
